Paddington-born tramp Dennis Rough, beside his new home, a wicker garden shed in the garden of Tony Benn, Chesterfield MP’S luxury detached home in Holland Park Avenue, London. Dennis has been “roughing it” in the shed for a week. Mr Benn is away on holiday, and his housekeeper says that tramp hasn’t caused any problems.
